ChairTime, a product of ZEF SOFTWARE SRL, is an appointment scheduling application that helps salon owners and stylists manage their bookings. Clients can book appointments by scanning a QR code — no phone calls, no back-and-forth messages.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ChairTime to:

  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit harmful or malicious content
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

5. Appointments and Cancellations

Service providers set their own availability and cancellation policies. Users are responsible for reviewing and adhering to these policies when booking appointments. ChairTime is not responsible for disputes between service providers and clients.

All content, features, and functionality of ChairTime are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

ChairTime is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
